Kimberley House is situated at the heart of the beautiful, peaceful village of Frampton-on-Severn in the Gloucestershire countryside right on the border of the Cotswolds, making it a great location for exploring. It sits proud to the entrance of Frampton Industrial Estate, the second home to Shipton Mill.
We welcome up to eleven guests to stay and enjoy the spacious, colourful property. The house offers an entrance hall, two reception rooms with plenty of books for reading, dining room to seat up to ten people, an open plan kitchen/breakfast room and a separate toilet cloakroom all on the ground floor.
The first floor comprises of three Emperor-sized bedrooms (all with luxury bedlinen) a single bedroom and a bath/shower room. On the second floor, a King-sized double bedroom is tucked cozily in the eaves. There is also a sofa bed provided in the reception room to the left (when facing the front door).
The property has some of its original features like parquet flooring but ultimately it is a modern, traditional Victorian detached property with lots of homely touches.
There is a small front garden, and parking available for up to two vehicles positioned to the left of Kimberley House and more spaces are available to the right of the house.
Please be aware the entrance and grounds surrounding the house has 24hr surveillance cameras in operation because of the Mill.
